Jesus asked His disciples, who do men say that I Am? After sharing the different expressions they had heard from others, Jesus then asked them specifically, Who do you say that I Am? It was Peter’s confident reply that moved the Master Who encouraged him with these words, flesh and blood did not reveal that to you Peter, but my Father which is in heaven! What a powerful revelation it is to have God the Father reveal to you Who Jesus Is! Have you truly discovered Who He is?
I ask you today, precious daughters of God – who do you say Jesus is? Believe me, in the coming days it is going to be that revelation from The Father, of who Jesus is, that will determine whether or not you succumb to “The Lie – The Strong Delusion” that is coming upon all mankind. 2 Thess. 2:8-12. It is coming, so powerful is the lie that scripture suggests could possibly fool the very elect of God.
It is the God given revelation of Who Jesus is that will embolden our hearts to say, “I know The One in Whom I trust, and I am sure that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until the day of His return!” 2 Timothy 1:12 Have you entrusted your life to Him? Have you commended your children to Him?
In the face of all the chaos, the wars, the rumors of wars, the persecution, the betrayal and the senseless evil we see around us – you will be able to stand firm, faithful and confident because you will know exactly Who Jesus is and what He is going to do in you.
Beloved, He is The Great I Am! The Alpha and Omega! The Beginning and The End!
- He is The Rose of Sharon! The Bright and Morning Star!
- He is The Lord God Almighty, who became flesh and blood! He is The Living Word Who walked amongst us! We beheld Him as the only begotten of The Father, full of Grace and Truth!
- He is fully God and fully man! The second Adam Who redeemed us from the curse of the law so that we may receive the blessings of Abraham!
- He is our Great High Priest, our Advocate, our Elder Brother and our Friend!
- He is our Lord, and our soon coming King! Our adversary blinds the eyes of many so that the truth of Who Jesus is becomes obscured and hidden(2 Cor. 4:3).
But God has chosen those to whom He will reveal His Son(Luke 10:21-22). He reveals Him to every heart that searches for Him! (Jer. 29:13). Search for Him beloved – as one who has lost a pearl of great price. Search heartily for Him and He will be found of you – when your search is generated from your heart and not your head. (Jer. 29:14)
